How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination of your parcel. We aim to process your order within 3 business days and have your order delivery within 10 days once the order is confirmed.
Please note that weather, public holidays, peak shipping seasons and incorrect delivery information can delay the shipment of your order. The Official Paracosm are unfortunately unable to control or reimburse issues related to any of the above.
How do I track my order?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a text and an email with your tracking information. You will then be able to track the order as it makes its way to you.
What are your shipping rates?
For order within the UK, shipping is free
For international orders within the EU, shipping costs are charged with a flat rate of £8.99.
How can I cancel my order?
If for any reason you wan to cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com and our team will be ready to assist you. Please note: Your order cancel submission email must be sent within 30 minutes after your oder has been placed. After 30 minutes, we will no longer be able to cancel your order and you'll need to follow our return process.
Can I exchange an item on my order for something else?
Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange an item in the same order. To exchange an item from your recent order, simply send it back for a refund and place a new order on our website.

Can I get a refund on a purchase?
Our refund policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase.If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 14 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
How can I get a refund on a purchase?
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product must be in original complete packaging, including inserts and tags
- Product must be unused
- Product must not be damaged
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
We only allow one-time refund per order.
Proof of Purchase
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.
In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with tracking capabilities with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs; unless the product is defective, damaged during transit, or not what you ordered.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found to us be used beyond what it takes for you to reasonably inspect it or damaged, then we may reject a refund.
